Bio

I have been playing music since I was 17 years old, and have joined in, and formed many bands. I primarily play bass, and sing, but can also play guitar while singing. I have written 50 plus tunes, in many genres, that can be found by googling "hunkafunk", and checking the links.
Check out the Live demo below to hear clips of gigs with me playing bass, and singing, and some of the tunes I've written. Peace

Experience
- Tim (T.J.) Franklin started playing Bass when he was 17 years old after cutting his right hand badly in a street fight, and giving up his hopes as a professional cartoonist. At that point in his life he devoted his artistic endeavor to music. His first band was called "Flight" and they played top 40, rock & roll at private parties (keggers, etc.) because they were underage. Then Tim joined Smackley's Backroom Band. But that band broke up quickly when the lead guitar player went to prison. The following bands were co-founded by Tim, or one he's joined over the years: Moments Notice/C4/ Etc./ Rockfish/ HoliSmoke/ Guardian-short stint on Bass/ Soundwaive (back then called SoundWave)/ and for the last 15 years- HunkaFunk.
