Native to New Mexico. Grew up listening to my mom picking guitar and my grandad singing silly old songs from West Virginia. Played some blues guitar in highschool but only recently became a little more disciplined at trying to pick up music in earnest. Mostly put aside the guitar for old time banjo and fiddle playing. Love old time music and vocal harmonies.

Experience
- Mostly playing obsesively by myself, jamming with friends and family, picking out old time songs from old records. Lots of friends who are musicians, but few who are really into folk stuff.
Looking For
- Other folks who like old time and folk music. I especially like music of the southern mountains but also love to play Irish, Cajun, and New Mexican folk tunes. Not a great or experienced singer but willing to work on it, especially interested in vocal harmony. Wanna' hangout with folks who will try to bring life to the music and not take themselves to seriously. Love accoustic music and would be willing to explore whatever youre into.
